Absolutely stunning! This metallic high waist skirt is a Musthave. I say go down a size because it has great stretch. A side split with an elastic band. I'm wearing a xl my normal size but you can go down a size since the elastic band gives a good stretch. Put the skirt on over your head way instead of bottom up. That's how I put mines on. Add some accessories from letsgetfabalous and go! *Shirt is not included.
