Joggers are unisex. The stretch is really good. Some of the fabs went down a size. For a more tighter fit u can go down a size. I’m 5’9-10 if you need the length you may wanna keep ur normal size. I’m wearing a xl in all the colors with good room. The red and black I went down a size to large for a more fitted fit.
